I've committed to walking outdoors while I still can and my husband and I have done two-mile walks every day for almost two weeks! I told him I was considering a vest for my walks but I wasn't sure where to start. This post is fantastic! I’m so excited you made this post, I’ve been wearing a weight vest 10lb for the last 4 months and ready to increase and have seen a huge increase in stamina as well as weight loss. I was timid at first but at 64 it’s about me and bone strength and staying healthy. I love it.
