I like that this hits at the hip. Style it simply with jeans and boots. 

Speaking of boots, these Sock Boots from Amazon’s the Drop sold out quickly in black, but the brown option is still available. 

There were some questions about reviews saying that the heel broke off after wearing them. All I can tell you is I bought these last October, wore them frequently with no issues, and find them surprisingly comfortable. 🙂 

Finally, I was excited to see a pair of Birdies on the best sellers list. This is my favorite brand of shoe to wear around the holidays, whether I’m hosting at home or celebrating at a friends house. They feel like slippers but look like elegant flats.
