I love everything about Michael Kors, the man, and the brand. I love his jet-set inspired runway looks, the casual glamor he brings to his ready to wear and accessory lines and his oh-so-chic personal lifestyle and demeanor. I love everything that is except his insistence on covering his leather goods with his logo. So, thank you, Michael Kors, for getting the memo that no one wants to carry a bag wrapped in a logo.
When I first saw his Isadora messenger bag, I didn’t realize it was his. I assumed it was a four-figure investment piece. Just before I moved to the next, I realized what it was and that it was under $400. Still an investment for many people, but is a heck of a lot better than $4000! (It’s called perspective.)
They are calling this a messenger bag, but it looks more like a crossbody, top handle satchel hybrid. If you’re looking for a less sporty, hands-free option, this may be for you. I love the bold hardware and rich color choices. We are featuring it in “dark caramel” which is just the best fall neutral. The only place I don’t see this going is a professional office. Otherwise, you could make this your everyday bag. For all color and fabric options take a peek below:
