Find of the Week: Our October Collection is Here

Find of The Week Crisscross Top

Criss-cross Back Sweater, $32.00

Our October collection is here! I’ve heard your requests for cute and affordable pieces to help build out your casual wardrobe, and that’s just what we found. Every item in the store is meant to zhush up your weekend wardrobe without breaking the bank. There’s a fun fringe plaid open front top, a slouchy gray cardigan, an update sweatshirt with ruched sleeves, my new favorite plaid scarf and our best selling clutch in a gorgeous dark tan.

There’s also this top that I loved the second I saw it. It’s the perfect jeans top, with enough extra going on that it doesn’t feel boring. The open criss-cross in the back is an unexpected and polished touch, unlike sometimes when this detail leans a little too athleisure. The fabric is soft and drapes nicely from the body. It shows that you have a shape without clinging to it. A 3/4 sleeve works any time of year and balances the length of the rest of the top. It’s high/low in a sense because the back is slightly longer than the front, but it doesn’t swing like a lot of other styles, it just sits on your body. In a dark blue teal, you can use it as a neutral while still getting points for wearing color.

Check back tomorrow for a little inspiration on how to wear it. I’m also featuring a sweet pair of ankle boots I’m excited to share with you too!

** A note on sizing: Right now we are only able to offer sizes in Small (4/6), Medium (8/10), and Large (12/14). We are a tiny little operation, and I have zero buying power. I tested extended sizes last season, and while I know so many of you loved it, but we didn’t sell enough.  Like all of our posts, if I can find something similar in Plus and Petite, I’ll feature it and when I have more control over the size run I can purchase, I’ll start to carry up to a 1X.  **

Plus option: Criss-cross back pull-over sweater in black or plum, $33.00
