Find of the Week: Loft Textured Blouson Sleeve Sweater

Find of the Week LOFT Textured Blouson Sleeve Sweater

Loft Textured Blouson Sleeve Sweater, $60 (NOW 40% OFF) $37.50

Sometimes you just want to throw on a sweater and jeans and be done with it.  Because I feel like that most days, I try to find pieces that are interesting but still easy to wear.  So when I stumbled on this sweater from LOFT, I quickly ordered it.  First of all, this muted, dusty brick red is one of my favorite colors. It looks pretty with dark denim or tan (like these we featured last week from Old Navy). It’s also available in a winter white and a pale blue.

When buying a separate, like a sweater, look for little details.  This sweater has a gorgeous blouson sleeve which isn’t too dramatic.  It’s subtle.  There is also just the right amount of texture.  Texture is the key to creating a look with depth.  Especially if you’re like me and you don’t gravitate toward patterns.  Texture serves the same purpose and is actually a more sophisticated way of dressing.  You could still add an interesting necklace or a scarf to this and you would only enhance the look.
